We are an independent, sustainable drinks lounge and food business. At our shop in Winchester, we carefully craft one-of-a-kind products by rebuilding the local food systems of the past.
For years, I have scoured hundreds of old cookbooks to rediscover lost traditional skills. It’s very possible we are the only business in the world that keeps its own bees, taps trees, forages for a pantry of local ingredients, and rolls its own tea leaves (to name a few). We then refine these amazing ingredients into sophisticated products that are simultaneously modern and ancient.
